If you are not completely satisfied with your order, Ooh la la Boutique will gladly offer exchanges or returns in store credit only. Item(s) must be in original packaging with original tags attached.

Earrings, Headbands, and Sunglasses are final sale! (Unless Damaged). You must send an inquiry within 3 days of item(s) so that we can resolve the issue immediately. We may require photos of damaged item(s).

Our policy lasts for 30 days, if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a return in the form of an E-Gift Card Code.

Ooh la la Boutique is not responsible for shipping cost. Customers will be responsible for shipping cost when returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
